Heralding from the oldest trade and transit
point at the heart of South Asia 'Sindh', the founders of Khattar
Group Companies emigrated from the Sindh Province to Jamnagar in Gujarat
in present day India.
In 1954 the first factory was set up to manufacture brass components
for the vital electrical and transport industry.
Over the years the pioneer company inspired a number of other companies
in the related fields to trade and import crucibles required for smelting
alloys, to provide raw materials for the local industries.
Looking further to develop the group and to have a diverse interest
in various trades the group today has ventured successfully into Shipping,
Distribution of Readymade Garments, Land Developing and Construction. |
